Join your fellow plant-a-holics as we return to Athens again for the fabulous sales at the UGA Trial Garden and the UGA Hort Club. Dr. Armitage, who lives nearby, has offered to host a visit while we are in the neighborhood too. His small garden is packed with great ideas and plant material!
Afterwards, we'll grab a casual lunch nearby. From there on, you might want to visit the State Botanical Garden or a nearby nursery. Some options include Farm 441, Cofers Home & Garden Showplace, Sunrise Nursery (native plants), scheduling a visit to Piccadilly Farm (open by appointment) and more. We'll have a more thorough list ready for those interested.

While you are in the Athens area, think about getting discounted advance tickets for the 31st Piedmont Gardeners Tour of Gardens - Gardens of Oconee County (mostly Watkinsville) on April 20.
